Organized in 1968, the UPAA Northern California (Berkeley) is the first alumni chapter outside the Philippines. We are a duly chartered 501(c)(3) non-profit that serves to promote fellowship among Bay Area UP alumni while engaging in projects benefitting the alma mater as well as local charities.
