2008-2009 Officers Inducted

Here are some pictures of our Holiday Party and Installation of 2008-2009 Officers and Board of Directors held last December 7, 2008 at the Sunset Park Clubhouse in Walnut Creek. Special guests included Deputy Consul General Antonio Morales of the Philippine Consulate of San Francisco, UP Alumni Association of San Francisco President Ed Damasco and his charming wife Jean and PICPA-USA President Selenna Franco-Cefre.

Honorable Antonio Morales administered the oath of office to the newly elected 2008-2009 Officers and Board of Directors:

Newly-inducted members include Mark Pineda, Mira Linsey, Victoria Perez, Joy Ruiz Segunol and Evelyn Balancio.

The party organizers elected not to avail of the services of the chapter's usual food caterer. Instead, the evening holiday revelers enjoyed the delectable dishes prepared by our very own UPAANC gourmet chefs … from Cherry Utleg’s to-die-for ham to the delicious Arroz Valenciana prepared by Madame President Alexis Zulueta, Ceny Duldulao’s chicken pastel, Edna Victorino’s pancit, Diosy Rey’s cassava and Selenna Franco-Cefre’s yummy halayang ube and leche flan.

DJ Martin Ronquillo turned the clubhouse into a mini Dancing with the “UP” Stars and everyone had a great time!
